My head is still buzzing from the latest of Alex Jeffreys surprise guests which was none other than Rich Schefren, all I can say is the webinar absolutely blew me away. I have often heard Alex describe Rich Schefren as the guru’s guru and has mentored many famous people, one of them being Mike Filsaime who is a guru in his own right. Before I heard the great man speak I could only imagine how good the guy was,and believe me after listening to the guy speak I was not disappointed in any way, the guy is a genius. Rich Schefren showed us his easy to understand blueprint Six Key Factors To Online Success, which I will endeavour to show you next. Obviously it will show you how to lay out your business and run it professionally from the start. These are

The way that Rich Schefren explained running your business from this lay out that you see above was to slowly but surely outsource everyone of the colour coded segments until there is no more colour coded segments left and your business is running on auto pilot.Obviously not everyone can afford to outsource that amount of work at once.Then the answer to that is to outsource bits and pieces as you go when you can afford to.Wether you can afford to or not everybody’s goal is to have no colour coded segments left.A real professional business will always run on auto pilot with the least amount of intervention.Come on think about it, just popping into the office or on to the computer for a hour here and there just to do the parts of the business that you actually enjoy,sounds absolutely great to me.Which ever way you look at this blue print,the way that Rich Schefren explained it makes it look like simplicity it’s self.I actually feel privileged to have had the great fortune to have listened to the man,and I must say thanks alot to Alex

Awesome post! I’ve been trying to come up with a good internet business idea for a while. Instead, I have come up with a great non-internet business idea, which kind of sucks in a way because this idea requires a lot of money, as opposed to a full internet-based business that might not require that much to get it started. I’m not giving up though. I recently started a blog where I plan to document my steps for starting my company. I figured it would keep me motivated and force me to keep at it. I also hope it will motivate the readers to keep trying to accomplish their goals. By the way, I love your site. I’ll be adding it to my list of interesting blogs.
